A weekday recipe to beat the blues. I have been jiving all day ( and not in a good way).

I have been trying to find the time and energy to make this recipe for quite some time.

Effort level : three step process with dough rising time. But overall easy to make with my kitchen aid. It did most of the work.

Best part. Q T with the kids.

I will definately make these again. Ill be surprised if there are any left when I get home tomorrow from work 😂
